Rathdown School has a very active Cricket programme and competes each year in the Schools' competition. In 2007/8 we had 3 teams competing: Senior 1, Junior B, and 1st Year A. The Senior Team had moved up from 2nd to 1st Division because of their divisional win the previous year.

All teams had a challenging season and played some excellent cricket against some strong sides. Rathdown's Junior Team won their final in fabulous style, capping off a great season. Congratulations to all the girls who competed in Rathdown's cricket teams.
