H1N1 Vaccine update
Dear Senior School Parents,
The HSE will administer the H1N1 vaccination to all Rathdown students who wish to have it on Friday 29th January. To receive the vaccination students under 16 years must have a consent form signed by their parents while students 16 years and over may complete the consent form themselves.
Please click here to download the consent form and information about the vaccination. If you would like your daughter to have the vaccination please complete the consent form and return it as soon as possible to the School Nurse.
