2009/10 Senior School Annual Fund Projects

This year's projects will help us to continue growing in excellence by improving the way we live and learn at Rathdown School. With your help the Senior School will:

• refurbish the Palmer Hall to better fulfill its main purpose as a study environment and allow it to be used as an additional area for presentations, exhibitions and events.
• improve the PA system in the gym to enrich the quality of school assemblies, ceremonies, activities and performances.
• obtain more computers and expand capacity of the music technology room to allow for group work/study and class-based learning.
• renovate Hillcourt House common areas to improve comfort and functionality for students and allow the rooms to be used for functions.
• add two laptop computers and a scanner for student use in the Library.
• improve the quality and extent of the present intercom system to make way for the 'Rathdown Radio' programme.
• establish a 'New Initiatives' Fund, a source of support to encourage inspirational ideas.
