Rathdown School prides itself on the dedication and calibre of its teachers and administrators, who work tirelessly to ensure that academics, sport, music, art, and all aspects of School life are maintained to the highest standard.

The Senior School, under the direction of Principal Mrs. Barbara Ennis and Acting Deputy Principal Mrs Meriel Nuzum, employs more than 50 teachers offering a wide range of subjects. The Junior School, under the direction of Headmistress Mrs. Avril Lamplugh, employs an additional 25 teachers.

Financial Controller Mr. Joe Wright oversees the School funds and fiduciary matters, and separate administration offices in the Senior and Junior schools coordinate day-to-day operations and other tasks.
