No, a hot lunch will be provided daily.

Please provide your child with a small snack for 11 am and a drink.

Will my child have tea if staying on until 6 pm?

A small snack will be provided after camp and at 5 pm hot tea will be served.

Do I need to pre-book and pre-pay for Camp and Extended Day?

Camp needs to be pre-booked and pre-paid in order to receive a booking reference number and you will need this to check in each morning.

There will be no drop-in service. You may also book and pre-pay for an Extended Day care package as detailed on the application form.  Otherwise, you must pay for pre / after camp care on a daily basis, in the mornings at check-in.

Can I get a refund if my child is sick?

If your child is unwell and has a Doctor’s certificate we will issue a refund.

Otherwise, we cannot issue refunds.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Every effort will be made to accommodate you on an alternative day/week but no refunds can be issued.

What should my child bring with him/her?

A snack and a drink. Due to the changeable nature of the weather, we advise that your child has a warm jumper/jacket and when weather permits, please apply sun cream to your child every morning and provide them with a sun hat.

Please have your child wear old clothes, (in case of messy activities) and socks and runners. Sandals and flip-flops are not suitable as they pose a risk of injury. We ask that our younger campers bring a change of clothes clearly named in case of accidents. Mobile phones are not permitted. If your child needs to contact you they will be able to use the camp phone. Also, we ask that all toys etc are not brought to camp as we cannot be responsible for such items getting lost or broken.

Do I need to give my child suncream?

We recommend that you apply suncream in the morning before camp and if you think it needs to be reapplied, please give your child suncream to bring with them.

Hats are also essential. We are not responsible for children getting sunburnt, it is up to parents to ensure their children are properly protected.

What if my child has an accident, injury or becomes sick at camp?

We will always have a first aid officer present at camp to deal with minor injuries.

However, if your child has a serious injury or becomes ill, we will contact you immediately.
